NIGHTSHADE - BILL MOSELEY
Using the 19th century medium of wet plate collodion photography, the loosely
based narrative in Nightshade follows the turmoil surrounding the life of the
central character, the ‘running man’. Central to this is the concept of the
white settler’s alienation and the often illusionary world of reminiscence. This
patchiness of recollection is reflected in the unpredictable and often strange
results produced by the collodion process.
